1. The warranty period begins from the delivery of the goods and lasts for two years.

2. All parts of the product, including its entirety, are covered by our company's warranty.

3. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, the time spent on repairs is added to the warranty period. The maximum repair time for the product is 30 business days. This period starts from the notification date to the service station, or in the absence of a service station, from the notification date to the seller, dealer agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer.

4. If the product malfunctions due to material, workmanship, or assembly errors within the warranty period, it will be repaired without charging any fees for labor costs, variable part costs, or under any other 

5. The product will be replaced free of charge in the following situations:

  • The same malfunction occurs more than twice within one year, provided that it remains within the warranty period.
  • Four or more different malfunctions occur within one year, resulting in the continuous inability to benefit from the product.
  • Exceeding the maximum repair time required.
  • In the absence of a service station, a report issued by the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer stating that the repair is not possible.

6. Failures resulting from the misuse of the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty

7. For any issues related to the warranty certificate, you can contact the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection.



1. Damages such as scratches, dents, breakage, etc., occurring during subsequent transportation after the device has been delivered to the customer.

2. Malfunctions and damages resulting from the improper use contrary to the instructions in the user manual.

3. Malfunctions and damages occurring in devices that have been serviced, repaired, or intervened for other reasons outside of authorized service.

4. Failures caused by faulty electrical installations and the use of inappropriate voltage.

In cases where the warranty stamp, signature, and sales date of the selling company are not found on the existing warranty document, the manufacturing date of the device is accepted as the start date of the warranty.
